Return and Refund Policy

At TeaYanna, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer return and refund options in accordance with the conditions below.

Return conditions

1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition , unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
3. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective product, order error).

Products not eligible for returns

Returns are not accepted for:

• Food products that have already been opened (teas, infusions, snacks).
• Personalized or promotional items.
• The accessories used.

Return procedure

1. Contact Us: Send an email to teayannaparis@gmail.com with the following information:
   • Order number.
   • Product(s) concerned.
   • Reason for return (optional, but appreciated to improve our services).
2. Receiving Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
3. Return Shipping: Send the products to the address provided using a trackable shipping method. TeaYanna is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return.
4. Inspection and Validation: Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return is approved or rejected.

Refunds

1. Refunds are made within 7 working days after validation of the return.
2. They will be credited via the original payment method used when ordering.
3. Initial shipping charges are not refunded unless there is an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you want another product, we invite you to place a new order after refund.
